Igor Durlovski

Durlovski was born in Bitola (Republic of Macedonia) in 1977. He graduated from the Faculty of Music Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and finished his Master degree with the highest grade "Cum Laude". Durlovski debuted in 1999 at the Macedonian Opera where he has participated in more than 20 premiere productions. His international debut was at the Wiener Kammeroper as Nonacourt in Nino Rota's Il cappello di Paglia di Firenze, followed by the roles of Pluto in "Ballo delle Ingrate" and Plutone in "Euridice" In the 2009-2011 seasons he performed in numerous productions at the Staatstheater Kassel. In 2013 debuted at the Leipziger Opera as Groma/Feenkönig in Wagners "Die Feen", also performed at the Bayreuth Festspiele In 2014 he debuted at the Linzer Landestheater with Sarastro in a new production of "Die Zauberflöte". In 2015 at the Staatstheater Stuttgart as Aniceto in "Berenike" 2016 he debuted with the role of Timur in Turandot in Macao China and in 2017 at the Hong Kong at Opera with "Aida" On the concert platform Durlovski has appeared as a soloist in Beethoven's Ninth Symphony, the Verdi and Mozart Requiems, Haydn "Die- Schöpfung" and has performed with Philharmonic orchestras of Moscow, Belgrade, Sofia, Skopje. The Association of Macedonian Composers awarded him with the "Georgi Bozhikov Prize". He was laureate at the international competition "Jeunesses Musicales" in Belgrade.
