NIKOLA RISTEVSKI

THIRD TROMBONE

Nikola began his secondary music education at the SCMB Ilija Nikolovski Luj, in the class of Prof. Tashko Todorov. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in the class of the same Professor and began his Master’s studies at the Faculty of Music in Skopje in 2015. He took part in numerous competitions and concerts in the country and abroad (Bulgaria and Italy), since his childhood. He is a member of the international youth orchestras in Burgas, Bulgaria, as well as CEI, performing in Austria, Slovenia, Italy.

Nikola is also a member of the World Youth Jazz Orchestra, with which he has performed on tours and has realised many audio recordings in 2018 and 2019. He is a part-time collaborator of multiple orchestras since 2010: the Macedonian Philharmonic, Orchestra of the Macedonian Opera and Ballet, the film music orchestra F.A.M.E.’s, the Macedonian Radio and Television Big Band, the Big Band of the Association of Jazz Musicians of Macedonia. He is a permanent member of the trombone section of the Macedonian Philharmonic since 2019. In his free time, he organises concerts for his friends.
