PIANO DUET
Mimoza Keka and Jovana Trajcheva perform numerous recitals throughout the country and abroad. In 2022, they performed a piano-duo recital at the Jana Deyla Conservatory in Prague, they also performed at the Concerti del Tempietto and Les Dimanches Musicaux festivals in Rome and Paris, as well as for the SOS Children's Village Skopje with an recital entitled Autumn Fairy Tale. In 2019, they performed the first piano-duo recital of the Festive Rhapsody concert series held at the Chamber Hall of Skopje Philharmonic. Jovana Trajcheva finished her primary music education in the class of the renowned piano teacher Ljudmila Romanova at the State Music and Ballet Center "Ilija Nikolovski Luj". In 2015 she graduated and in 2017 she received her Master's Degree at the Faculty of Music in the class of Prof. Nina Kostova. Jovana successfully performed at the Ohrid Summer Festival, Skopje Summer Festival, Days of Macedonian Music, Musica Viva and Autumnal Musical Festivities. She has held several solo-recitals in cities across the country including the recital at the St. Sofia Church in Ohrid, 2017. Jovana has performed at competitions and festivals in Rome, Ibiza, Milan, as well as at the Cite des Arts in Paris, and has also performed with the Macedonian Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Le Phi Phi. Jovana Trajcheva is a piano teacher at SMBC ''Ilija Nikolovski Luj'' in Skopje. Pianist Mimoza Keka, earned acclaim as a recitalist and chamber musician with her numerous concerts across the country and abroad. Since studying at the Faculty of Music in Skopje with Prof. Todor Svetiev and Prof. Lilya Zilberstein, obtaining a Bachelor of Music (2015) and a Master of Music Arts (2017), as well as being awarded in 2021 with a PhD in Music Arts, Mimoza has launched into a successful concert career as a solo artist, with concerto appearances, solo recitals and chamber concerts. In 2022 she published her solo album named Non-Fungible. Mimoza has collaborated with distinguished conductors including Sasha Nikolovski-Gjumar, under whose baton she performed the Piano Concerto No. 2 from Camille Saint-Saens. As a chamber musician she joined the Ensemble for contemporary music ConTempora. Furthermore, she has performed recitals in many European Cities including Prague, Rome, Bristol, Milan, Trieste. Mimoza has performed at Siena Summer Festival, at the International Francophone Festival Soleil, as well as in 2022 she performed a solo recital at Gallery MC in New York City, USA. In 2019 she participated in the European music project TEME held in Trieste and Camerino, part of the program Music Moves Europe.
