Ana Durlovski
The Macedonian-born soprano Ana Durlovski studied at the Music Academy of Skopje and made her debut at the Macedonian Opera in Skopje as Lucia in Donizetti’s Lucia Di Lammermoor, followed by productions and performances in opera houses in Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia and Albania.
2006 Ana Durlovski was invited to make her debut at the Vienna State Opera, as Queen Of The Night in Magic Flute, a role she even performed at the Bavarian State Opera, the Berlin State Opera and the Deutsche Oper Berlin.
From 2006 to 2011 Ana Durlovski had been member of the opera company of the Staatstheater Mainz. Main roles there: Lucia (Lucia di Lammermoor), Sophie (Rosenkavalier), Musetta (La Boheme), Manon (Manon). In 2011 Ana Durlovski joined the opera ensemble of the Staatsoper Stuttgart.
Her interpretation of the title role in the new production of Sonnambula in 2012 was much acclaimed both by the critics and the audience. Further important roles in Stuttgart: Morgana (Alcina), Folie (Platee), Soeur Constance (Dialogues des Carmelites), Zerbinetta (Ariadne), Violetta (Traviata), Olympia (Hoffmann), Elvira (Puritani).
In Madrid she sang Rosina, Olympia and Queen Of The Night.
At the New York MET Ana Durlovski made her debut as Queen of the Night. For the same part she was invited to the Bavarian State Opera, to Baden-Baden (with Sir Simon Rattle), to Madrid, Dresden, Berlin (State Opera) and to the Bregenz Festival.
